Dr. Bernd Ulber

Die Arbeiten von Bernd Ulber richten sich auf die Entwicklung von Systemen zur integrierten Schädlingsbekämpfung (IPM) in Winterraps und Winterweizen. Im Vordergrund stehen Untersuchungen zu Interaktionen zwischen den Schädlingen und ihren Wirtspflanzen sowie zwischen den Schädlingen und ihren natürlichen Feinden unter dem  Einfluss von verschiedenen Umwelt- und Anbaufaktoren. Ziel ist die Entwicklung umweltgerechter, rentabler Pflanzenbausysteme durch Förderung der natürlichen Schädlingsregulation, Anwendung von Schadensschwellen und Begrenzung des Insektizideinsatzes.
